Instructions for authors

Ways of submitting articles

The articles are submitted on paper (according to the requirements set for the contents of the article) and on electronic support, using the e-mail address: aap.editura@yahoo.com.

The articles can be submitted in Romanian, English, Russian, French (according to the structure established by the present Procedure)

Articles submitted on paper are signed by the author and the date of submission is indicated.

When submitting articles on paper, the authors will also submit a Declaration on their own responsibility that the materials in question has not been plagiarized, assuming full responsibility and accepting that the Journal is relieved of any copyright infringement. Also, in the Statement, the authors will list (if they have) their publications in WoS or Scopus (the Declaration form is given in Annex No. 2)

When submitting articles in electronic form, the author is informed by the Editorial Activity Section of their receipt by sending an electronic message.

 

Requirements for articles to be published

The article will correspond to the following structure:

- Title of the article (Times New Roman, Bold, Font – 14, centered).
- The author of the article (Name, surname, scientific degree and didactic title, institution, position).
- Abstract (Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic, about 300 signs in English (French) and Romanian).
- Keywords.
- Text of the article (Times New Roman, Font - 14).
- Conclusions.
- Bibliography.
- E-mail.
 

General editing terms::
- interval - 1.5;
- Paper size: A4 210 x 297 mm,
- Margins: top - 15 mm, bottom - 20 mm, left - 20 mm, right - 20 mm.

Size of the article:

- up to 12 pages for holders of PhD scientific degrees and scientific-didactic titles / doctor habilitat, associate professor / university professor.
- up to 8 A4 pages for PhD students and master students.

Graphics (tables and figures) shall be placed directly after the reference in the text. All elements shall obligatorily be accompanied by a name (above the table, below the figure), number of order, source (under the element) and additional information (notes, legend). Only high quality scanned figures are allowed.

The bibliography is placed at the end of the article in alphabetical order (Name, the initial of the surname, title, publisher, year, number of pages - Times New Roman, Font - 12, Alignment left). The bibliography shall contain at least 5 bibliographic sources.
 

Deadlines for article submission

The articles shall be submitted to the EAS according to the following timeline

• for publication in No. 1 : January 2 - February 25;
• for publication in No. 2: April 1 - May 25;
• for publication in No. 3: July 1 - August 25;
• for publication in No. 4: October 1 - November 25.

In the event, the article needs to be modified and is not submitted at the deadline set for publication, the modified article will be published in the next issue of the Journal, the author being informed about it within a reasonable time limit.

The articles that do not meet the requirements set forth in this Procedure, will not be accepted, and the author will be informed about it in a reasonable time limit.

The manuscript of the article is not returned.
