Aims and scope
The mission of the Journal is to contribute, by publishing and promoting the methodical-scientific materials, with other available means, to accomplish the educational tasks of the Academy of Public Administration in order to train highly qualified specialists, to assure the continuous professional training of public service staff, the informational and scientific-methodical support of the activity of public authorities.
The objectives of the Journal are:
- selecting and publishing papers in the sphere of theory and practice of public administration, studies in law, economics, finance, management, translations from international publications, debates and interviews with personalities of academic, economic and political life, as well as reviews and editorial signals in the science of administration;
- establishing and developing relations of collaboration with other publications and higher education and scientific institutions in the country and abroad in the interest of the service;
- the systematic and profound reflection of the scientific and methodological-didactic activity of the Academy of Public Administration.
The thematic editorial entities of the Journal are:
- public administration: theory and practice;
- civil society and the rule of law;
- economics and public finances;
- training civil servants: new strategies and technologies;
- international relations and European integration;
- the young researcher's tribune;
