DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITY

The directions of the activity of the Quality Management Division focus on the orientation to improve constantly the quality of higher education and professional training processes in line with the objectives of the quality policy to achieve high-quality professional standards for the staff and to strengthen the image of the Academy as a reference institution in the field of public administration.

The overall objective of the Division’s activity is to cooperate strategically with the institutional subdivisions for the implementation of the QMS for the continuous improvement of professional competencies, the promotion of professional standards of high institutional performance and the quality culture values: professionalism, transparency, accountability, competitiveness, impartiality, cooperation and self-evaluation, which will  ensure the training of qualified staff and will allow the demonstration of the institutional capacity for high quality professional training in the field of public administration.

The Quality Management Division operates in the following directions:

1. planning the strategic actions for quality assurance to achieve national / international accreditation objectives;

2. updating the quality management system documents;

3. developing mechanisms, procedures and tools for internal accreditation;

4. managing the internal quality assessment system of academic excellence;

5. formulating proposals to improve the quality of the services provided by the Academy;

6. coordinating the internal audit actions of the educational processes in the Academy;

7. methodological assistance to the academic staff in matters of quality assurance;

8. qualitative analysis of the QMS risks and the elaboration of strategies to exclude them;

9. evaluation of the mechanisms and procedures for institutional performance maintenance;

10. dissemination of information to promote quality culture.
