WORK PACKAGE no. 1. ACTIVITY PLANNING

• Analysis of the state of affairs on drone technologies in program and partner countries (KAZAKHSTAN, UZBEKISTAN, TURKMENISTAN, BOSNIA and HERZEGOVINA, CROATIA).
• Drawing State of Art on Drones Technology Report in WP 1.
• Identifying enterprises for collaboration.
• Drafting letters for enterprises identified.
• Making business visits.
• Developing the presentation for the project launch meeting (Erevan, Armenia).
• Participation in the project launch meeting.13-16.02.2017, Erevan, Armenia.

WORK PACKAGE no. 2. ACTIVITY PLANNING

• Study of legislation and the need to regulate the drones in program countries and partner countries (China).
• Drawing up the State of Art of Drones Laws Report in WP 2.

WORK PACKAGE no. 3. DEVELOPMENT

• Identifying enterprises for collaboration.
• Drafting letters for enterprises identified.
• Making business visits.
• Developing the presentation for the workshops in Erevan and Tbilisi.
• Participation in the workshops in Erevan and Tbilisi (10-15 July 2017)

WORK PACKAGE no. 4. DEVELOPMENT

• Elaboration of courses.
• Appointment of professors responsible for the elaboration and teaching of courses.
• Formation of training groups.
• Departure abroad of the professors responsible for the development and the teaching of courses.

WORK PACKAGE no. 5. QUALITY PLAN

• Quality Assurance for Reports.
• Ensuring conditions for the expertise of the work visits by the Erasmus + Office in Moldova and the European partners.
• Participation in online conferences with European partners.
• Institutional and national meetings on the quality of Project implementation.

WORK PACKAGE no. 6 and 7. DISSEMINATION AND EXPLORATION

• Public presentation of the Project.
• Informing the academic community about the Project.
• Informing the academic community about the objectives and benefits of the Project: within the meetings of the Senate, Scientific Council, methodological seminars, scientific conferences, etc.
• Informing the professional community, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.
• National / international professional meetings.
• Information in mass-media.
• Deploying institutional and national activities.

WORK PACKAGE no. 8. MANAGEMENT

• Participation in the Project Kickoff and Management Meeting in Yerevan, Armenia (February 13-16, 2017).
• Participation in the implementation of the Management Plan, including ensuring the conditions for the monitoring session on 7 September 2017.
• Institutional Coordination of the Project.
• Drafting Plans and Reports.
• Working sessions with team members.
• Interinstitutional professional communication as necessary.
• Communication via e-mail, Skype, Messenger and telephone with: the international project coordinator - Pascuale Daponte, the national coordinator - Florentin Paladi, Tatiana Bulimaga and other partners.
