Observație preliminară: în afară de reviste tradiționale (cu plată) există multe reviste științifice și documente de lucru care urmează conceptul de acces deschis. Acestea pot fi descărcate gratuit în internet. De obicei,  publicațiile respective sunt evaluate și recenzate, apoi publicate de instituții universitare și adresate unui public internațional.

Listă ce urmează,  oferă link-uri pentru a deschide reviste cu acces liber și serii de documente, care sunt utile pentru instruire și cercetare în domeniile administrației publice, dreptului public și dreptului european, managementului public,  științelor politice și relațiilor internaționale,  publicate în limbile  română, engleză sau franceză. Mai multe reviste pot fi găsite pe Electronic Journals Library (publicat de Universitatea din Regensburg) și Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
