PRESENTATION

The doctoral study program reprezents cycle III of university studies. After the defence of the PhD thesis, the candidate is awared the scientific degree of doctor in science.  

The Academy of Public Administration is entitled the right to organize and conduct doctoral studies in the specialties:

• 521.02 – World economy, international economic relations;
• 561.01 – Theory, methodology of political science, institutions and political processes;
• 562.01 – Theory, methodology of international relations and diplomacy;
• 563.01 – Theory and methodology of public administration;
• 563.02 – Organization and  management of public institutions; public services.

DOCTORAL STUDIES ARE ORGANIZED:

• full-time with a duration of 3 years and part-time with a duration of 4 years;
• with budget funding and on the basis of contract.  

 STAGES OF THE DOCTORAL STUDY PROGRAM

1. Training Program based on advanced university studies;
2. Individual scientific research program finalized with the writing and defending of the PhD thesis.
